Everything else rests on that: when we know who brought you in, we know who we are dealing with. THE BALLOT At the final whistle, the ballot opens. You cast it: three players, in order. No rating to give, no comment to write, no stats to copy out. What you saw is enough. A ballot cast cannot be taken back. That is what gives it its weight. THE COUNT While the ballot is open, nobody sees anything. No scores, no trends, no idea how the others voted. No live ranking to sway whoever votes last. When it closes, the verdict lands at once, for everyone at the same time. YOUR CIRCLE A circle is your house: the people you watch football with. Your mates, the supporters of your club. After every count, you see your circle's verdict next to the verdict of all VoxBall. A circle returns a collective verdict. Never a single ballot, never one named person's vote. THE BEST PLAYER OF THE SEASON RANKING Every ballot feeds the season ranking. A top-of-the-table clash weighs more than a dead rubber, and the weighting is announced before kick-off, not adjusted afterwards. The honours list keeps the record of past seasons. WHAT VOXBALL DOES NOT DO No performance ratings, no averages, no heatmaps. No live ranking while the ballot is open. No bought votes, no votes weighted by seniority or popularity.
