Volt Mask is your phosphor-lit laboratory for digital electronics. Wire logic gates and flip-flops on The Trace Bench — a 12×10 component grid rendered as a glowing CRT oscilloscope canvas — then watch your signals race down wires in real time. The event-driven simulator models true propagation delays, so you'll see race hazards form and glitches flicker on the timing scope before your circuit stabilises. From a single lit wire to a synchronous counter running at speed: if it can be drawn in a logic diagram, you can build and probe it here. Ground School guides you through 16 ordered lessons — from voltage levels and NAND universality to SR latches, D flip-flops, and ripple counters — each with inline diagrams and a one-tap hand-off to The Trace Bench so you can run what you just learned. The Parts Bin catalogues 60 components across primitive gates, CMOS transistors, building blocks, and the classic 74xx series, each with its truth table, pinout, propagation notes, and difficulty rating. The Signal Lexicon defines 40 timing and hazard terms — from metastability to runt pulses and debounce — with worked examples and cross-references. When your circuit holds stable across a full clock sweep, save it to The Modules. Seven curated examples — Half Adder, D Flip-Flop, Gray-Code Counter, Debounce Latch, and more — ship ready to open on the bench. Dial the clock from 1 to 20 Hz, toggle inputs HIGH or LOW, probe any wire onto the rolling scope strip, and export a branded timing-diagram card straight to your photo library. Attach a real breadboard photo to any saved module for your own lab notes. Choose your phosphor tube — classic P1 Green, warm P3 Amber, clinical P4 Ice, or high-contrast P31 Teal — and toggle scanlines and bloom to taste.
