Planning officers set up work tasks and schedules, describe the task and assign how many people are needed for the task. Then the members go into the app and book themselves on the tasks you want to help with. The app helps with reminders like notifications. The person responsible for the planning can also send recommendations to members to ask them to book in for a task. Planning managers gain access to a website where they log into their organization and post the planning and also have the opportunity to divide the members into groups with responsibility for different weeks during a business year.
