Pay easily and contactlessly with your smartphone Install the Volksbank Pay app and activate your digital debit card in just a few steps. You can pay easily and contactlessly with your smartphone on the go and leave your debit card at home. Hold your smartphone near an NFC-enabled payment terminal and pay amounts up to 50 euros without entering a PIN. For larger amounts, please enter your PIN at the POS payment terminal - as with your plastic card. Transfer money to phone contacts anywhere with just a few clicks With the ZOIN function, you can send money directly and in real time to contacts from your smartphone - they can also be customers of other Austrian banks. You do not need an IBAN or BIC of the recipient, just the mobile phone number. The maximum daily limit for transfers / payments is EUR 400, the weekly limit is EUR 1,000. Manage all customer cards clearly and always with you You can clearly save and manage your existing customer cards in the Volksbank Pay app. These can then be scanned in the app at the cash desk - this means the same advantages for you, such as Collect discounts or points as if you were using your physical customer card. Maximum security through SCA-compliant login The SCA-compliant login makes the Volksbank Pay app particularly secure. You can access the Volksbank Pay app with your user name and password and the release of a check digit in your Volksbank ID app. As soon as you activate the finger print, you can conveniently access the Volksbank Pay app with a finger print. For your own safety, we recommend that you only use the finger print function on your smartphone yourself - i.e. not to give other people access to your smartphone via fingerprint.
