When a signed-in user finishes a recording that fits the current plan, processing starts automatically: audio is sent over an encrypted connection through the Voice Inbox managed service to CometAPI/Google Gemini for transcription, then the transcript and processing instructions are sent to OpenAI for analysis. Optional iCloud Drive and Google Drive export stays under your control and remains off until you enable or connect it. FREE AND PRO Start free with three completed transcriptions in a rolling 24-hour window, up to five minutes each. Voice Inbox Pro supports up to 300 transcription minutes per App Store billing period and recordings up to two hours each. Processing requires Sign in with Apple or Google and an internet connection.
