VMP Management keeps hotel maintenance moving - from the moment front desk hears about a problem to the moment a manager confirms it was fixed properly. FOR FRONT DESK Report an issue in seconds. Pick the room, describe the problem, attach a photo, and flag it urgent if a guest is waiting. Maintenance is notified immediately. FOR MAINTENANCE See every open job in one list, ordered by priority. Claim a job so nobody duplicates the work, add before-and-after photos, and mark it complete with notes. Everything works one-handed on a phone, in a corridor, with gloves on. FOR MANAGERS Watch the whole property in real time: what's open, what's in progress, what's overdue. Reassign work, raise priority, or send a job back if it wasn't done properly. PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE Every guest room is on a recurring inspection schedule. When a room comes due, the app creates the job automatically and walks the technician through the room item by item - door, walls, carpet, windows, curtains, bed, furniture, TV, AC, appliances, closet, bathroom fittings - each rated good, wearing out, or broken. Faults get found before guests find them. STAFF QUALITY RATINGS Administrators see a quality score for each technician, based on whether their repairs actually stay fixed: repeat visits to the same room, work sent back by a manager, and missed deadlines. Every score comes with the reasons behind it, naming the specific rooms and jobs - no black-box numbers.
