Vivledia turns the health habits you already have into one number you can act on. Log your day in about five minutes — sleep, exercise, food, drinking, smoking and supplements roll up into a single Longevity Score, scored on published guidance rather than vibes: alcohol in grams of pure alcohol against NIAAA limits, exercise against WHO activity targets. A partial day still counts — unlogged axes stay neutral. ■ Snap anything Photograph a meal for calories and nutrients. The same camera reads supplement labels, medication boxes, lab reports and workout summary screens — point it at the thing and it lands in the right log. ■ Or just say it Open Quick log and speak or type one sentence — "slept 7 hours, ran 5k, had a chicken salad, took magnesium" — and it sorts itself into sleep, exercise, food and supplements. ■ A coach that doesn't flatter you Veeble reads the day you actually logged and says the part you'd rather skip. Ask why, and it shows what the answer is based on. ■ Habits stick better together Make a group, share the day you actually logged, and keep each other going. ■ Your data Records are stored on your device first and synced to your account, so a new phone starts where you left off. Export or delete everything from inside the app. ■ Vivledia Lite & Pass Photo scanning, food search, the AI behind Quick log, paper reports, conversations with the coach and the photo diary open with an optional monthly subscription.
