Store description excerpt

Vivid is a Bible study and devotional app designed to bring the Scriptures to life. Read the World English Bible alongside the original Greek and Hebrew, with inline interlinear text, Strong's lexicon references, and morphology parsing for every word. FEATURES - Interlinear Scripture — Tap any word in the New Testament to see the Greek lemma, transliteration, Strong's number, morphology, and gloss. The same depth is available for the Old Testament in Hebrew. - Daily Devotionals — A guided read-reflect-study-pray flow that walks you through a passage each day with curated study notes and reflection prompts. - Reading Plans — Follow structured reading plans to build a daily habit, with progress tracking that syncs across your device. - Context Layer — Explore the people, places, and eras behind the text. Tap a name in any verse to see biographical background, geographical maps, and historical context. - Journal — Capture your reflections alongside the passages that inspired them. Journal entries are stored privately on your device. - Library — Browse all 66 books of the Bible. Search across the entire Scripture text, jump to any chapter, and explore cross-references. - Four Themes — Choose between Dark, Light, Sepia, and System appearance modes, each tuned for comfortable reading in any lighting. - Offline-First — All Scripture text, lexicon data, and context profiles are bundled with the app. No internet connection required after install. All Scripture texts are public domain (World English Bible, Nestle 1904 Greek NT, OpenScriptures Hebrew Bible). Lexicon data comes from the STEP Bible TBESG (Greek) and TBESH (Hebrew) lexicons by Tyndale House, Cambridge (CC BY 4.0), with Strong's Hebrew & Greek Dictionaries (1890) and Brown-Driver-Briggs Hebrew Lexicon (1906) as public-domain fallbacks.
