Store description excerpt

Understand your blood pressure — without the jargon. Vital Trends turns your home readings into something you can actually read. Every reading gets a clear, ACC/AHA-style category, and the app writes plain-language insights so you know what today's number means and how the last few weeks are trending. Built for the way readings are meant to be taken. Use Guided Average to take 2–3 readings a minute apart and record their average — closer to how a clinician interprets home readings than any single number. Everything in one place, and in sync with Apple Health. Import your blood pressure (and heart rate) from Apple Health, and optionally save the readings you log back to Health — automatically, in the background, when a connected cuff syncs. Turn tracking into management. Add your medications — point the camera at the bottle and tap the name and dose to fill them in, or type them yourself — set reminders for each one, check off doses each day, and see how sticking to your routine relates to your readings. When a reminder arrives you can mark the dose taken straight from the notification. On your wrist. With the Apple Watch app you can check off today's doses and measure your heart rate from your watch, and reminders reach you there too. Everything syncs back to your iPhone directly — no server in between. Private by design. No sign-in. No servers of ours. No advertising or analytics SDKs. Your readings live on your device, protected by the system sandbox and an optional Face ID / passcode lock. You're always in control of what leaves your phone. Vital Trends is for personal wellness tracking. It is not a medical device and does not diagnose, treat, or prevent any condition. Always talk to a qualified clinician about your health.
