Vitalis is the app that Dr. Álvaro Bustamante's patients (NUTRICIÓN Y DEPORTE B&A SpA) use to track their treatment between appointments, focusing on eight key health areas: nutrition, physical activity, smoking, sleep, body composition, lipid profile, blood sugar, and blood pressure. Your doctor creates your account; there is no self-registration. This means that Vitalis is designed for patients who are already undergoing treatment, not for the general public seeking self-diagnosis. What you can do with Vitalis: • Record your own measurements: daily steps, minutes of physical activity, strength training sessions, weight, and other data your doctor asks you to track.
