VitaLedger is a private, easy-to-use personal finance app designed to help you organize your financial life in one place. Track income and expenses, create monthly budgets, monitor savings goals, manage recurring expenses, and maintain a clear record of your investments. VitaLedger gives you a practical overview of your finances without requiring connections to banks, brokerages, or other financial institutions. PERSONAL FINANCE TRACKING Record income and expenses using organized categories, dates, notes, and payment details. Review your activity and better understand where your money is going. MONTHLY BUDGETS Create monthly spending limits and compare your actual expenses against your budget. Clear summaries help you identify categories that may need attention. SAVINGS GOALS Set financial goals, record your progress, and keep important objectives visible as you work toward them. RECURRING EXPENSES Keep track of subscriptions, bills, and other repeating expenses so they are easier to anticipate and manage. STOCK INVESTMENTS Maintain personal records of stock holdings and individual purchase lots. Add lots manually or import supported CSV files, update current prices, review cost basis, estimate unrealized gains or losses, and record stock sales. VitaLedger also helps distinguish estimated short-term and long-term results for personal planning. CASH HOLDINGS Track balance-based investments and cash equivalents separately from stocks, including: • Savings accounts • Money market accounts • Brokerage cash sweeps • Certificates of Deposit • Other cash holdings Record the current balance, financial institution, optional APY, opening date, maturity date, and notes. When an APY is supplied, VitaLedger can display estimated one-year interest and projected balances. Certificate of Deposit records can also show estimated maturity value and remaining time until maturity. INVESTMENT SUMMARY See stock values and cash holdings separately, along with a combined Total Investments figure. Investment records remain independent from everyday income and expense tracking while still contributing to your broader financial picture. PRIVACY-FIRST DESIGN Your financial records are stored locally on your device. VitaLedger does not require bank credentials, brokerage credentials, or external financial-account connections. Optional device authentication can provide additional protection for investment information. ACCESSIBLE AND PERSONAL VitaLedger supports light and dark appearances, adaptable text, and Spanish localization. It is designed for individuals who want a straightforward financial ledger without giving an outside service direct access to their accounts.
