Calorie & Protein Tracker is a free food diary that lives on your phone. There is no account, no cloud, and no food database to browse. You save the foods you actually eat, then log them. Your foods, reused forever Add a food once with nutrition per serving — per 100 g, per ounce, per scoop, whatever you use. Next time, log 10 oz of chicken or half a cup of oats and the app scales the numbers. Optional cover photos help you find foods quickly. Only the numbers you have Every field is optional. A blank value is N/A, not zero, so missing protein or sodium is not silently counted against you. Totals, averages, and goal progress ignore unknown fields. Goals that match how you eat Set a daily target on any field: at least (protein), under (sodium), or in range (2,000–2,300 kcal). Only the goals you turn on show up on Today. Each day keeps the targets that were active when you logged it, so changing a goal tomorrow does not rewrite yesterday. Track calories, protein, carbs, fat, saturated fat, fiber, sugar, sodium, and more — or add your own field. See how the week went Open any past day from the calendar. Progress shows 7, 14, and 30-day averages, per-day bars, and how many days you hit each goal. Private by design Everything is stored in one database on your device. There is no sign-in, no tracking, and nothing to sync. Light and dark themes are supported. The app is free. Optional tips on iOS support development and unlock nothing.
