KEY FEATURES Employee Management Manage employee profiles, employment information, roles, and workforce records from one centralized platform. Geo-Attendance Employees and field staff can record attendance using location-based functionality, helping organizations manage office and field attendance efficiently. Payroll & Salary Management Manage payroll cycles, generate salaries, maintain salary records, and simplify employee payroll processing. Leave & Holiday Management Employees can submit leave requests while authorized HR, Admin, and Supervisor users can review and manage leave records and organizational holidays. Recruitment Management Manage recruitment activities, candidate information, and hiring workflows in an organized manner. Offer Letter Generation Authorized HR and Admin users can generate offer letters for selected candidates directly through the recruitment workflow. Medical Representative (MR) Module A dedicated MR management module helps organizations manage field activities, reporting, assigned locations, and operational workflows for Medical Representatives. Doctor & Location Mapping Doctors can be mapped to specific locations for MRs, with configurable location limits and organizational controls. MR Report Submission Medical Representatives can submit field reports with location information for review and monitoring by authorized users. MR Expense Reports MRs can submit expense reports digitally, allowing organizations to maintain an organized reimbursement and approval process. Flexible Expense Approval Organizations can configure Auto Approval or Manual Approval for MR expense reports. When Auto Approval is enabled, submitted reports can be approved automatically. Authorized HR, Admin, or Supervisor users can still review, reject, or roll back an automatically approved report when required. When Auto Approval is disabled, submitted reports follow the manual approval process. Expense & Payroll Integration Approved MR expenses can be automatically calculated during salary processing and included in the employee’s salary and payslip. File Management Authorized users can maintain important employee and organizational documents through a centralized file management system. Role-Based Access Provide appropriate access to Employees, MRs, Supervisors, HR personnel, and Administrators according to their responsibilities.
