FBMC’s principal business, since its inception in 1976, has been providing benefit administration services to public and private employers. You may contact Retirement Services at 866-325-1278. Vista 401(k) is a plan which “wraps” around various mutual funds and is offered under Section 401(k) of the Internal Revenue Code. The plan document has received a letter of determination from the IRS, certifying its tax-qualified status.
