VirWo Bistro offers everything you need for a modern ordering process - affordable and fully customizable. As a restaurant, club or bar owner you manage your products, create QR codes for your tables and process incoming orders right on your Android device. Whether you accept cash, PayPal or both is entirely up to you. ORDER OVERVIEW All of today's orders at a glance: table number, order number, order and processing timestamp, the ordered products and the payment method. At the top you see open orders, completed orders and the total revenue. Orders paid in cash can be cancelled directly in the tool. For PayPal payments this is handled through your PayPal account; those orders can be deleted from our database on request. Completed orders are marked as done with a single tap, so you always keep the overview. The .csv export lets you pick a time period and take your data with you. PRODUCTS AND CATEGORIES Add your food and drinks menu with price, tax rate and availability. A product can be hidden at any time, for example when a drink is no longer in stock on that day. Every product belongs to a category, and your guests filter the menu by exactly these categories while they put together their cart. If you prefer, switch on the combined administration tool and maintain categories and products together on one screen. QR CODES FOR YOUR TABLES How does a guest reach the menu? Through a QR code right at the table. You create a code for every table, print it and place it. The guest scans it, signs in and lands directly in your menu. Your guests do not have to install anything - everything runs on a website behind the QR code. STAMP CARDS Reward your regulars with digital stamp cards, for example "every 10th burger is free". You define how many stamps a card needs and which products or which category count towards it. Guests collect their stamps in their receipt overview, and you redeem a full card by scanning it. Every card can be activated and deactivated at any time. NEWSLETTER Write to the guests who explicitly want to hear from you - about new dishes, changed opening hours or an event. Only customers who have actively agreed will receive your newsletter. PROTECTION AGAINST FAKE ORDERS Enable the location secure service and store your coordinates, automatically or by hand. Orders are then only possible from the immediate surroundings of your business, which noticeably reduces prank orders from outside. YOUR COLOURS, YOUR BISTRO Set a main and an accent colour: as soon as a guest scans one of your QR codes, the buttons and interfaces of the ordering website follow your colour scheme. In the company settings you also maintain your profile picture, opening hours, address, contact details, website and rating link. RECEIPTS AND INVOICES Your guests get a receipt overview in the app, and you export your orders as .csv.
