What you can do with Virty: Monitor heart rate, blood pressure, oxygen saturation, body temperature, respiratory rate, steps, and resting heart rate via your wearable View all your health metrics in one personalized dashboard Receive proactive outreach from GMC-registered doctors when your data needs attention Book virtual GP and specialist appointments Access health coaching, nutrition, and lifestyle support Monitor family members' health from one account with flexible permissions Clinical assessments are carried out via video or in-person consultation. Health coaches use your wearable data to support lifestyle changes through motivational interviewing. All content on the Virty platform is created by UK-registered clinicians. Hardware requirement: Virty requires a compatible wearable device to enable health monitoring features. Features such as GP appointment booking and health coaching are available without a wearable, but continuous health monitoring and clinician alerts require a connected device.
