Your guests do not download the app. They open a link and RSVP. You watch the list grow in real time. Tired of being the unpaid secretary of your own party? That’s why we exist. Send the invite the way people actually answer: WhatsApp, email, SMS, a public link, or a phone call. Yes, Vindo’s AI calls and asks if they’re coming. Channels change when the world does. We keep up. Build the list by name and watch each invite live: sent, read, accepted, declined. Gone quiet? One tap and it goes out again. One by one or the whole address book: you pick the contacts, Vindo imports them. RSVP is just the front door. Talk about the event the way you would at a bar. The AI fills in the rest. Send a cover photo and it reads what’s written — or hiding — in the picture. One date, or the one that comes back every month. When the list opens and when it shuts. How many plus-ones each guest can bring. The confirmation screen asks for their names on its own. From planning to the door: guest list, PDF, a printout on the security desk. During the party, guests react. When it’s over, you see what actually happened. Birthday, wedding, baby shower, housewarming, barbecue, family, church. Pickup game, kids’ clinic, run club, outrigger, sailing. Vindo doesn’t pick your crowd. It just wants the room (or the field) to be the right size. There’s GPS for people who race — or who get lost on purpose. You see everyone on the map. A help request goes straight to the organizer. What we’re after, underneath it all: the yes that actually arrives. The right list, less waste, a party that fits the budget and the heart. A company? Front desk, clients, an internal event. Same idea: who’s coming, who isn’t, no spreadsheet crying in the group chat. Your data sits under Brazil’s LGPD, on encrypted servers. No performance of “we take this seriously.” We do. Background use: Vindo collects location with the app closed or the screen off only at events that use GPS tracking, for timing and safety. SOS alerts: an emergency position goes to the organizers at once. Organizer control: tracking can be started and stopped remotely, with advance notice and the user in charge. Note: continuous GPS in the background drains the battery fast.
