Vigilant Administrator is an app that complements the VIGILANT TIME CONTROL solutions. The VIGILANT ADMINISTRATOR app allows you to easily register both new employees and fingerprints directly from the app. It also allows you to view the last 25 employee time entries. With VIGILANT ADMINISTRATOR, you can control employee attendance directly from your mobile device. To manage these tasks, simply tap on the options displayed on the screen to guide you through the process. The process for registering both employees and fingerprints is very simple: • The first step is to register the new employee: enter their name, ID number, department, and job title. • From the Fingerprint Management option: we specify the Operator (from a list of operators previously registered via the website or the app; we can even search by first or last name), the Fingerprint Type (Register Primary Fingerprint or Backup Fingerprint), the Work Center, and the Time Clock to which we will register the fingerprint. We will wait for the Time Clock to "respond" by displaying the word SCAN (which will appear on the time clock's screen), before placing our fingerprint on the reader. • IT'S THAT SIMPLE, THAT EASY. From the Recent Readings option, we can always view the last 25 readings from all time clocks in the branch.
