By connecting Aloha ND6BLE and a landline phone, it is possible to link incoming calls to the landline to Aloha View via Aloha ND6BLE. Answering the phone while viewing customer information: Aloha View displays the preset URL in your browser as soon as it receives a call. Since the phone number of the incoming call can be embedded in the URL, it can be linked with compatible cloud customer management services. It is possible to answer the phone while displaying customer information on the cloud customer management service. Set labels and categories for each phone number: Aloha View allows you to set labels and categories for each phone number within the app. The labels and categories you set are displayed on the screen when you receive a call, so even if you are not using a cloud customer management service, you can answer the call while recognizing and viewing the type of person calling. Compatible with Aloha ND6BLE: Since it is possible to connect to Aloha ND6BLE via Bluetooth, you can answer calls while viewing customer information using a tablet or smartphone instead of a desktop PC or laptop.
