With this app, you can conveniently access services using your iPhone or iPad, ensuring a seamless service experience. Simply sign up with your mobile number to stay connected and enjoy our offerings. Key Features: Bill View: Both monthly and quarterly consumers can view their current bill information through the app. Bills can also be downloaded in PDF format for your records. Payment: Make payments quickly and securely through the app using various payment options. New Application: Prospective consumers can apply for new connections and pay their quotation amounts directly through the app. Load Enhancement: Consumer can apply for enhancement of their contractual load and generate and pay quotation. Application Status: Track the status of your new connection request or load enhancement application in real-time. Register Complaint: Existing customers can register complaints regarding technical issues like no power, high voltage, meter problems, or non-technical issues such as high bills or average bills. Complaint statuses can also be tracked conveniently. History: View your electricity consumption history in an interactive graphical format. Additionally, you can check details of your last five registered complaints and payment history (excluding cash desk payments). My Profile: Access your registered personal details, including address, mobile number, email ID, meter number, installation number, contract load, tariff code etc. Settings: Access various settings like removing incorrectly tagged consumer IDs from your list.
