Teachers, coordinators, librarians and principals get everything they need to run the school day — from their phone. Sign in once with the QR code from the web app (or your email and password), and the app adapts to your role. FOR TEACHERS • Mark daily attendance for your sections, section by section. • Assign homework with attachments and track what's been set. • Enter and review exam marks. • See your teaching timetable at a glance. • Open any student's profile — quick facts, guardians, attendance and more — or find a student instantly by registration number. • Message a student's parents directly, and post class announcements. FOR PRINCIPALS & COORDINATORS • A school-wide dashboard with today's attendance, running classes and staff overview. • Review and approve requests — new teachers, parent access, class-teacher and subject requests, and leave. • Browse every class and student, timetable overviews, homework and attendance coverage. • Manage transport, generate reports, and message parents. FOR EVERYONE • Switch roles in a tap if you hold more than one (e.g. teacher and principal). • Timely push notifications for approvals, messages and requests. • Secure sign-in with QR or password, plus optional two-factor authentication. • Announcements and events with photos.
