Viddla is the libraries' own streaming service for films. It makes it easy for you to borrow and watch films digitally with your library card without having to visit the library. It costs you nothing as this is part of the library's regular loan offering, just like books, audiobooks, etc. The film service is provided by Norgesfilm AS in close collaboration with the libraries. The film service is available anytime and anywhere. You can choose from Swedish, Nordic, European and international films that are suitable for children, young people, families, adults and seniors. The selection ranges from classics, film adaptations of books, big Oscar winners and so-called blockbusters («big sellers») to narrower films in the arthouse/independent category. The films are selected by Viddla's editorial team and in collaboration with the libraries. You will find over 3000 films and series to choose from, and the selection grows every week with lots of new and exciting quality content.
