ViamOne is the private vault for your family's health records — and every other document that matters. Prescriptions, insurance cards, vaccination records, lab results, passports, policies, school letters. Scan them, forward them, or drop them in, and ViamOne reads each one, files it under the right person and pulls out the details you'll actually need: the dose, the refill date, the policy number, the expiry. BUILT AROUND SECURITY Your records are encrypted at rest and in transit. The app locks behind Face ID or a PIN. Member IDs, record numbers and other sensitive values stay masked until you tap to reveal them, and every reveal is logged with a name and a time. What you share leaves your vault only on your terms. SCAN IT ONCE. IT READS ITSELF. Point the camera at a prescription or an insurance card. ViamOne straightens and crops it, reads the text, works out what it is and who it belongs to, and sets the reminders that follow from it. The original stays exactly as you captured it. ASK VIAMONE Ask a question in plain language — "Is Mia due any vaccines before school?", "What does our plan cover for physiotherapy?", "When does Dad's prescription run out?" — and get an answer drawn from your own documents, with the source page shown. Specialist advisors cover health, insurance, legal, finance, immigration and more. Nothing you ask leaves your vault. READY FOR THE MOMENT THAT MATTERS Every family member gets an emergency card: blood group, allergies, medications, insurance, doctor and who to call — assembled from documents you already have, with a readiness score that shows what's missing. Share a card with a school nurse or a carer for a few hours, with a password, and see when it was opened. ONE VAULT, THE WHOLE FAMILY Add parents, partners and children. Each person has their own card on the family tree; private details stay folded until someone allowed opens them. Invite family members with their own login NEVER MISS A REFILL, A BOOSTER OR A RENEWAL Refills, check-ups, boosters and insurance renewals turn into tasks on the Board with reminders — found by ViamOne as it reads your documents, or added by you. Assign them to whoever is handling it. FORWARD AN EMAIL. IT'S FILED. Every vault has its own private email address. Lab results, after-visit summaries and insurance letters land in Needs attention; approve with one tap. SHARE WITH THE NURSE, NOT THE INTERNET Share a single record, a folder or an emergency card with a link that expires, can carry a password, and can be revoked at any moment.
