Vex Live is for trainer-led fitness classes where your heart rate becomes part of the session. Connect a compatible heart-rate strap or wearable, join a class with the code provided by your trainer, and follow the target effort zones during the workout. The trainer sets the intent for each part of class, and Vex Live shows whether you are inside the target zone. When you are in the green zone, you can earn points through time in zone, effort spikes, and recovery. After class, Vex Live saves your workout summary so you can review your effort and progress.
