Encouraging Verses is an Android application that is useful in bringing encouragement (or encouragement) to all Christians who have received the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord of their lives; or who are about to receive the Lord Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord of their lives. With over 200 verses from the Holy Scripture (Dumitru Cornilescu translation), this application is developed in such a way that its users can set the day (or days) and the time when they want the application to send them an encouraging verse from the Holy Scripture. In order for users to be able to set the day (or days) and the time when the application to send them an encouraging verse, they must click on the "NOTIFICATION SETTINGS" button within the application, where the notification settings will be available. After selecting the day (or days) and the desired time, the application will send a push notification. And when the notification appears, the user must click on the notification to see the verse. After the user has clicked on the push notification, the application will open. And after the application is open, the user will have to click on the "SHOW VERSE" button, with the green background. After clicking on the verse display button, the application will display a random verse of encouragement from the available verses. And when the verse is displayed, the user has various options to share it with other people: via SMS, on WhatsApp, on Social Media, etc., by clicking on the "SHARE VERSE" button, with the blue background. Some verses have additional resources, such as: a poem, a devotional, a song, etc. These can be accessed by clicking on the link (blue underlined text) related to the additional resource, which will subsequently open the resource available in another application on your device.
