Store description excerpt
Verse Seek turns the friction of Bible study into a tap. Reading study material means constantly stopping to look up the references it cites — "John 3:16", "Eph. 4:4-6", "Rom. 8:28". Verse Seek does it for you: photograph the page (or pick an image, or just type), and it finds every reference and shows you the full verse text, cleanly laid out in one list. HOW IT WORKS 1. Add a page — take a photo, choose images from your library, or type references directly. 2. Crop to just the verses you want (optional), and Verse Seek reads the page on your device to pull out the references. 3. It looks up each verse and displays them together, ready to read. FEATURES • Photograph, import, or type — mix and match, and keep adding to build one running list. • Crop before scanning — trim a busy photo down to just the references you want for a cleaner read (toggle it off anytime in Settings). • On-device text recognition — your photos are read on your phone and are never uploaded. • Smart reference detection — handles abbreviations, ranges (4:4-6), lists (1, 14), and even fixes small typos in what you type. • Choose your translation — the Recovery Version, plus public-domain King James, World English Bible, American Standard Version, and Bible in Basic English. • Collections — save each page as its own named collection, then reopen, rename, or reorder them anytime. • Favorites — keep the individual verses you return to. • Share — send a clean, well-formatted list of verses as text or a PDF. • Make it yours — light or dark mode, adjustable text size, merge duplicate verses or show the full list, and a one-handed add button you can dock in either bottom corner. FREE Verse Seek is completely free. Nothing in the app is gated or locked. Scripture quotations from the Holy Bible Recovery Version are © Living Stream Ministry and are used with attribution shown in the app. Verse text is fetched online and is not stored on your device.
