Scan a quote Use your camera on a written quote or estimate and the app highlights what is worth checking before you sign. Keep a shortlist Save the contractors you are considering while you gather quotes. Watch a license and the app re-checks it when you open your saved list, so you find out if the status has changed since you last looked. See what your job needs Not sure whether your project needs a licensed contractor or a permit? Look up the job - water heater, roof, AC, electrical panel, windows and more - and see what usually applies in Florida, plus what to ask before you sign.
