Vera is the workforce app used by authorised Evergreen Support Services staff to manage their day-to-day disability support work. It brings upcoming shifts, time records, required forms, assigned tasks and shift documentation into one place. With Vera, staff can: - View upcoming and previous rostered shifts - Open shift details, including scheduled times and relevant service information - Clock in and out of rostered shifts - Complete progress notes and required care plan tasks - Review and submit timesheet information - Open forms associated with clients they support - View and update assigned workplace tasks - See outstanding notes and actions from the home screen Shift support and documentation Vera connects each rostered shift with the records a worker needs to complete their work. Staff can move from their shift to clocking, forms and progress notes without managing separate paper records. Submitted information is available to authorised management staff through Vera’s administrative system. Location during active shifts When a worker chooses to clock in and grants permission, Vera uses precise location to record clock-in and clock-out locations, active-shift routes, visited stops and travel distance. Location tracking may continue while Vera is minimised, closed or not actively in use during that shift. Tracking stops when the worker clocks out or selects Stop GPS from the persistent Android notification. Vera does not use shift location data for advertising. Access Vera is intended for authorised Evergreen Support Services staff. An organisation-provided account is required. Available information and actions depend on the staff member’s role and assigned work. Vera was developed around the practical workflow of disability support staff, helping workers keep roster, time and care documentation connected throughout the working day.
