Vento is the survey-to-proposal app for UK air conditioning installers. Walk into a room, scan it, and leave with a priced, branded proposal already in the customer's inbox. SCAN THE ROOM, DON'T MEASURE IT Walk the room with your phone and the LiDAR scanner measures it for you — walls, windows, doors, ceiling height. The floor plan draws itself. (Requires iPhone 12 Pro or newer.) SIZE IT PROPERLY A room-by-room heat load runs off the scan: insulation, glazing, orientation, occupancy, floor level. You get a kW figure you can defend, not a rule of thumb, and unit suggestions matched against it. SHOW THEM ON THEIR OWN WALL Place the indoor unit in augmented reality where it's actually going, at its real size. Step outside and place the condenser too. Tap out the trunking run and the customer sees exactly what goes on the wall — before they've agreed to anything. DRAW THE REAL PIPE RUN Trace the pipework, condensate and cabling on the plan, corner by corner. The measured length prices the job instead of a guess, and the drawing goes to the customer. PROPOSALS THAT LOOK LIKE YOU Your logo, your colours, your prices. Scaled drawings, the AR views, heat-load figures and a full breakdown — or with labour folded in, if you'd rather the customer didn't see the split. Send it for e-signature and take a deposit. GUIDED, SO NOTHING GETS MISSED Every job runs the same sequence: system type, details, rooms, site survey, design, proposal. It won't let you past a room with no name or a multi-split with a room on no system. Pick it back up where you left off when a job gets interrupted. BUILT FOR THE TRADE F-Gas register with CO₂e totals and leak-check intervals. Certificates, materials and prices, invoices and payments, engineer scheduling. Works offline on site and syncs when you're back in signal. Vento is a subscription service for air conditioning businesses. Accounts and billing are managed from your browser or desktop.
