This App is a clinical calculator designed to estimate arterial blood gas (ABG) values directly from a venous blood gas (VBG). By applying formulas derived from a large dataset of over 5,000 concurrently obtained arterial–venous pairs, the App provides useful estimates of arterial pH, pCO₂, and HCO₃⁻ from VBG values.
