The ultimate aim of VCV.Team is to concentrate operators' personal communications in a protected, structured, digital, timely tool that guarantees tracking and certification of communications. Through the App the employee can: - Consult the service order of each past and future day - Receive any change to the service order promptly through dedicated notifications - Confirm, where contractually required with customers, your availability to come on duty in the hours preceding the start of the shift. - Consult the schedule of activities carried out by the employee, also through dedicated notifications. - Receive any type of confidential communication sent by the company.
