V-Condo — Condominium Demand Management V-Condo is the app for those who already have an active account on the platform, designed for condominium managers and administrators, and operations with many clients. Centralize requests, track the status of each demand, and communicate with the team without relying on scattered message groups. WITH THE APP YOU CAN: • View and manage demands in a board format (Kanban), with clear statuses: open, in progress, completed, canceled. • Consult condominiums (clients) and essential information for service. • Forward demands to service providers directly through the app, with confirmation of delivery via WhatsApp or email. • Use QR Codes linked to each client so that residents or third parties can open demands through the public flow, when your operation is configured this way on the web, subject to organization permissions and settings. FOR WHOM IT IS: Condominium managers and administrators, professional managers, maintenance teams, doormen, and service providers who already use VCondo daily. IMPORTANT: • You need an active VCondo account and permissions defined by your organization's administrator. • The app is not used to create an account or to subscribe to or pay for a VCondo subscription. • Some settings (public forms, demand rules, advanced reports, and integrations) are done in the web panel; the app focuses on field operation and monitoring.
