Add the rest when you're ready. Choose a simpler Home with just the essentials, or keep your most-used cards close. On supported devices, turn your own typed or spoken words into draft symptom entries and questions. You review, edit, and confirm before saving. KEEP THE DETAILS TOGETHER Track symptoms, including episodes that are still going on. Keep medication lists, dose records, reminders, allergies, and questions alongside sleep, mood, food, water, and vitals. Store documents in the same app, and optionally connect Apple Health for supported health information. Find a past entry and open the saved record when you need the details. LOOK FOR PATTERNS, NOT CERTAINTY Explore how the things you track line up over time. Compare symptom days with sleep, meals, mood, and other recorded details. Valeska explains when a pattern is uncertain. A connection in your records is something to discuss, not proof of a cause or a diagnosis. BRING YOUR STORY TO THE APPOINTMENT Save questions when they come to you, not just when you're in the waiting room. Visit Prep brings your recorded history, recent changes, and questions into a summary you can share with your care team. KEEP CONTROL OF YOUR RECORD Your health record is encrypted on your device. Cloud backup and sync are optional and stay off until you enable them. With optional caregiver sharing, choose which categories to share and whether someone can add entries on your behalf. Family adds managed profiles for someone you care for. FREE ON YOUR DEVICE On-device tools are free, including tracking, reminders, Documents, pattern summaries on supported devices, and Visit Prep exports.
