Valenox is a daily health companion built for Indian families. It's free, with no account, no login, and no cloud sync. Everything you log stays on your own phone. What it does Food Scanner: photograph your plate and get dish-level nutrition for Indian food. Methi paratha by the piece, sabzi by the katori, not a vague "mixed vegetables" guess. Works offline too, just search dal, roti, or idli by name. Steps and water: automatic step counting from your phone's own sensor, plus one-tap water logging with an undo. Goals are based on your body weight, not some generic number. Medicine reminders that survive battery-saving modes on Indian phones. Take or skip a dose right from the notification, and a one-minute self-check proves it's actually working on your device. Heart rate: cover your camera and flash with a fingertip to get a pulse reading and see which training zone you're in. It's a wellness estimate, not a medical device. Guided breathing: a two-minute paced breathing exercise for when you need to calm down. Daily Health Score: steps, water, food, and medicines roll into one 0 to 100 score, and you can see exactly how it's calculated. Nothing hidden. Diet planner: get a real weekly meal plan for your region (North, South, East, West, Northeast) and diet type (veg, egg, or non-veg). Phulka and dal tadka, not "grilled chicken salad." Home remedies: 50 traditional remedies, each tagged honestly as "Strong evidence," "Some evidence," or "Traditional use." Fully offline. Lab report reader: photograph or upload a lab report and get the values explained in plain language, for your own understanding. Not a diagnosis. Vaccinations and family profiles: track immunizations and checkups for the whole family, with separate profiles for parents and children behind a family PIN. AI health assistant: ask questions about your own logged data, in English or Hindi. It won't diagnose you, suggest dosages, or discuss drug interactions. It points you to a doctor instead. Why it's different There's no account, ever. Open the app and start. There's no backend either: your health data lives in a database on your own phone, not on some server. It's fully bilingual, every screen and every reminder in English or हिन्दी. You can export your data any time to a file you control. Valenox is a wellness companion, not a medical device. It doesn't diagnose, prescribe, or advise on treatment or dosage. Talk to a doctor for medical concerns. I'm the only developer behind this. I wanted every Indian family to have something like this, not just the ones who can afford a premium health app: a companion that helps them eat a little better, move more, remember their medicines, and actually understand their own health.
