Train through a guided session, from warm-up to recap. Snap a meal and get macros back, or use a barcode. Search 6,387 halal foods bundled offline in Arabic. Check in on sleep, hydration, bloodwork and readiness; compare progress photos; and stay connected with your coach through text, voice notes and media. Sessions, meal logging and the food database work offline. Messages and logs queue and send when you are back. With your permission, Vagus reads selected Apple Health metrics to calculate readiness and track progress. Vagus is free for clients and coaches.
