The official app of the Directorate of Information and Communication Technologies (DTIC), designed to facilitate access to information, services, and requirements of the Technical University of Oruro (UTO). This tool supports students, faculty, and administrative staff in their daily university life, allowing them to manage procedures transparently, locate bus routes in real time, validate official documents, and access institutional portals quickly. It also includes an Interactive Welcome Tour to quickly familiarize you with all the available tools. Main Features: 📋 Complete UTO Procedures Guide: Review the detailed flow of requirements for each academic and administrative procedure (obtaining diplomas, legalizations, registrations, and more), identifying the responsible offices, costs, and deadlines. 🚌 University Bus Routes: View the university bus routes on the interactive map, organized by schedule (Morning, Midday, and Evening). It includes directional arrows and automatically calculates the walking distance and the nearest boarding point to your current GPS location. 📷 Quick QR Verification: Validate official university documents using your camera. Scan QR codes on academic certificates (assistantships and others) and open them directly in the integrated browser without leaving the app, ensuring a fast and secure process. 🏁 Interactive Welcome Tour: A dynamic, step-by-step tour that guides you through each available module of the app on your first login. You can restart it whenever you want by tapping the help button (?) on the home screen. 💬 University Channels and Networks: Integrated shortcuts in the app's footer to the university's official communication channels and social media (WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok) to keep you informed. 🌐 Integrated External Services: Direct and optimized access to official platforms outside the app: University Fees Payment Portal via QR code. UTO Central Library. Intranet for members of the university community. UTO Official Website. DTIC Official Announcements Channel on Telegram. 🌓 Dynamic Dark Mode: Adaptive premium visual interface that switches between light and dark modes to protect your eyes and save battery. 📑 Interactive Checklists: Keep a personalized record of your completed documents and steps. Progress is saved locally and encrypted on your phone for offline access. 🔍 Smart Search and Favorites: Instantly find guides by entering keywords and save your frequently used procedures or routes to your favorites list for one-tap access from the home screen.
