USB Debug Switch is an app for Android app testers. To turn USB debugging ON/OFF, you need to start the Settings app and go to [System] - [Developer Options]. This is a long way to go, but by using this app, you can launch the "Developer Options" screen in one go, and instantly turn USB debugging on and off. (It is not possible to programmatically turn USB debugging on or off; the user must do so manually.)
