Urban Hero courses are obstacle courses with timing system. The goal of the players is to get through all the obstacles as fast as possible, following the rules depending on the chosen path. With a mobile app the registered players can automatically record their time on the course, check their previous results, organize and take part in races and get on leaderboards. The courses can be used without registration as well, in this case the results appear only on the on-site display. There are two types of Urban Hero courses, Urban Hero Sprint and Urban Hero Rush. They differ in size and the obstacles on them, but each type is built in the same way at each site, so the results are comparable regardless of the site. The players’ goal on both courses is the same, to run through all the obstacles following certain additional rules. We defined 3-3 different paths on which the players can compete, which differ in the rules for completing each obstacle. In the app, the players can choose between these rule systems. For the full experience we recommend using our free Urban Hero Sports mobile app. The time results of the players using the course as a registered user are automatically recorded in the app, allowing the player to get on the leaderboards and view the time results later on. The app also offers the possibility to organize and participate in races. In addition, other information on the courses installed and suggested ways to complete them can be found.
