Upp is the training companion app for athletes training with Upp coaches. Log in with your account to access the workouts, programs, and content your coach has created for you. See your daily and upcoming workouts from your coach in a weekly and monthly calendar, follow along with guided workout flows and timers, and view detailed exercise breakdowns including sets, reps, and time. Log your weights and reps as you go, see your last performance for every exercise so you know what to beat, and watch as new personal records are highlighted. Work through structured multi-week programs at your own pace, save your favourite workouts, and follow your coach's feed and stories. With Upp you can: - View today's workout and your training schedule in a simple calendar - Follow structured workout flows with built-in timers and EMOM/AMRAP support - Log weights and reps for every set, with last-used values pre-filled so you don't have to remember - See personal records highlighted automatically as you train - Train through multi-week programs week by week - Browse exercise details, equipment, and intensity so you know exactly what to do - See exclusive posts and stories from your coach to stay on top of what's new in your training - Favourite workouts you love and easily find them again - Update your profile, choose your language, and manage your app settings Access to Upp is available to athletes with an active subscription to an Upp coach, or to anyone who has purchased an individual program from a coach. Subscribe or buy a program through your coach's website, then sign in with the same email in the app.
