Upmee is an activity and device management app designed for use with compatible Upmee smart rings. After connecting your ring, you can sync and view sleep, daily activity, workout records, and device status. Main Features Activity Overview View sleep, daily activity, and workout records in one place, with daily, weekly, and monthly trends. Sleep Records Review sleep duration, sleep efficiency, deep sleep, light sleep, REM sleep, and awake periods. Daily Activity View steps, active time, estimated calories burned, and activity trends. Workout Records Record supported activities such as running, walking, cycling, swimming, and hiking. When you enable location access, Upmee can record distance and routes for supported workouts. Activity Reports Generate weekly and monthly reports based on synced ring data, summarizing sleep, daily activity, and workout trends. AI Assistant Ask questions about your synced ring and activity data using text or voice. AI-generated responses may contain errors, so please use your own judgment. Device Management Pair your ring, sync data, check battery level, configure supported reminders, locate your ring, and install firmware updates. Privacy and Control Upmee requests permissions only when they are needed for the feature you choose to use. You can manage personal information, clear data, or delete your account within the app. Requirements Core data synchronization and device management features require a compatible Upmee smart ring.
