Unimed Campos What is the concept of innovation? What moves you? What differently can we do to make the experience of the relationship with the beneficiary practical? The word innovation is derived from the Latin term innovatio, and refers to an idea, method or object that is created and that bears little resemblance to previous standards. With the motto of Innovation, with the idea of putting something new into action, presenting changes, transforming situations, changing, we thought together about the Unimed Campos App. An intuitive app that brings not only news, but also changes and improvements. The Unimed Campos App was created to facilitate communication between its beneficiaries and the Cooperative. In addition to access to registration data and information about their contracted plan, the beneficiary will find several features that make their daily lives easier. In it, our customers find information quickly and safely: Scheduling appointments and exams for holders and dependents, service history, appointment documents, results of imaging and laboratory exams, prescriptions, control of medication in use, future schedules with the option of cancellation/rescheduling and QR Code to show check-in at the service unit. The proposal developed, therefore, talks to the public using technology as a tool for transformation. The pieces propose a solution to the challenges that people face in their daily lives and invite the user to download the app.
