With your permission, Unfold can combine journal entries with available Apple Health data to surface patterns and general wellness insights. WHAT YOU CAN DO • Guided journaling: Write or speak your thoughts and use prompts tailored to the information you choose to share. • Mood and routine tracking: Record how you feel and review changes over time. • Sleep and activity summaries: View trends based on data available from Apple Health. • Wellness scores and explanations: See how displayed scores are calculated, with methodology, data sources, and citations inside the app. • Breathing and focus exercises: Use guided practices to pause, reflect, and wind down. • Weekly reports: Review summaries of your recent journal and wellness activity. • Apple Watch companion: Log your mood, view general wellness information, and start supported breathing exercises from your wrist. AI AND YOUR DATA Some optional features use AI to generate prompts, summaries, or reflections. Before the first applicable AI request, Unfold explains what data may be sent, identifies the processors involved, and asks for your permission.
