A Park for Me is a map of inclusive places in Italy, created by families for families with children with disabilities or mobility issues. Finding a park with the right playground equipment, a wheelchair-accessible beach, or a restaurant with an accessible restroom shouldn't be a treasure hunt. With A Park for Me, you'll find truly accessible places near you, described with clear criteria and verified by the community. The app is completely free, ad-free, and born as an independent, non-profit project. A Park for Me was conceived and co-developed by Simona Tuccio. 🗺️ FIND ACCESSIBLE PLACES NEAR YOU • Map with inclusive places near your location • Explore by category: parks, playgrounds, beaches, museums, restaurants, bars and ice cream parlors, accessible restrooms, parking lots, public buildings, and more • Search by name or city • Detailed information with descriptions, photos, and reviews from other families 🔎 FILTER BY WHAT YOU REALLY NEED Choose the accessibility criteria that matter to you and see only the places that meet them: • Wheelchair access • Smooth pavement, no gravel or uneven paths • Inclusive play areas • Accessible restroom • Disabled parking nearby • Shaded areas • Quiet areas, suitable for those with sensory sensitivities • Fenced and safe areas • Changing tables • Support staff 🤝 COMMUNITY-BUILT, YOU CAN TRUST • Add places that you know personally, with photos and accessibility criteria • Each contribution is verified by the community with a voting system • Report outdated information or places that no longer exist • Leave reviews from 1 to 5 stars to help those who come after you • The more reliable you contribute, the greater your influence in moderation ❤️ DESIGNED FOR FAMILIES • Simple onboarding and a warm, readable interface • Available in Italian and English • Privacy respected: no advertising profiling, no data sale • Optional notifications on the outcome of your contributions • You can delete your account and data whenever you want A Park for Me does not replace a medical or technical accessibility assessment: the information is shared in good faith by families and should always be verified before visiting, especially for specific needs.
