Track official UK air pollution readings on an interactive map, updated automatically every 30 minutes from over 140 government monitoring stations across the UK. KNOW THE AIR YOU'RE BREATHING Every station is colour-coded from Good to Severe, based on whichever pollutant is currently worst there — PM2.5, PM10, nitrogen dioxide, ozone, or a combined European Air Quality Index. Switch to any single pollutant to compare readings across the whole country at a glance. COVERAGE BEYOND THE STATIONS A region overlay fills in the gaps between monitoring stations, so you can see likely air quality even in areas without a station nearby. REAL VS MODELLED Every official reading is cross-checked against an independent modelled estimate for the same location, so you can spot where the model and reality diverge most. HISTORY, PLAYBACK & DOWNLOADS Step back through past snapshots to see how pollution has changed over time, play history back automatically, or download historical data for a specific date range. Each entry in the history list shows its worst pollutant and biggest real-vs-modelled gap at a glance.
