Also includes two calculators for potential interest savings and earlier payoff by paying more monthly or paying a lump sum. A third calculator allows you to calculate how to pay off by a specific month/year*. • My Neighborhood: Provides neighborhood activity including comparable sales and recent census data. * This does not constitute a commitment to lend. Any data used for the origination of a new loan with UHM must be validated per guidelines.
