UGrowth is a child growth record designed for parents and caregivers. No account is required for local use. Optional cloud sync is available when you want to use multiple devices or share records with your family. Key features: • Record height, weight, and head circumference, then view growth charts and trends • Track visual acuity, corrected vision, refraction, astigmatism, axis, and axial length • Manage primary and permanent teeth, including eruption, shedding, cavities, sealants, and notes • View reference diagrams for primary-tooth eruption and shedding and permanent-tooth eruption • Create reminders for growth measurements, vision follow-ups, dental care, and more • Export selected growth records as a PDF • Optionally sync data and share access with authorized family members Privacy and data: Core records work fully offline. Until you enable cloud sync, child profiles and records remain on the current device. Cloud sync, family sharing, purchases, and purchase restoration are always initiated by you. Some premium features and cloud services require separate purchases. Cloud service is offered for a fixed term with manual renewal and does not renew automatically. Growth references, percentiles, trends, and predictions are provided for general information and record keeping only. They are not medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment.
