These are the Groups that should be the First to Know if anything happens. This powerful new way to Warn and Inform will ensure your Citizens are the First to Know if anything happens. Avoid sending annoying alerts. Avoid sending alerts that are ignored. You alerts will be geo location based, hyper relevant and can be received anonymously. .
