UCAI-JPM integrates expense tracking and schedule capacity management into a single calculation system. Each item can record a date, duration, priority, fixed start time, notes, and financial amounts; financial figures and time are tracked separately, without converting time into monetary value. Fixed items occupy specific time slots first, while buffer settings reserve transition time before and after them. The "Fit This Day" feature then places movable items into available gaps based on deadlines, priorities, and durations. A seven-day workload chart displays fixed, buffered, and movable demands, listing available minutes, unscheduled minutes, and reasons for any overload. You can manage fixed items, adjust buffers, view financial records, receive suggestions to shorten, move, or postpone tasks, and attach receipts or schedule-related images to items. The app supports "True Black" mode, dynamic text, reduced motion, privacy disclosures, and built-in help, making it ideal for daily planning and review.
