UCAD Mobile Services is an initiative stemming from the authorities' forward-looking vision regarding the challenges of integrating mobile technologies into projects to digitize administrative and academic procedures. Consequently, the widespread adoption of mobile devices within the UCAD community justifies the essential need to migrate currently digitized services to dedicated smartphone platforms. This ensures broader access to services. To this end, in this initial version (which will be continuously enhanced), the following services are deployed: • For students: • A QR code that will serve as a virtual student card in case their physical card is lost; • Real-time notifications of all academic information; • Download the registration certificate; • Access their profile to view their personal information; • Change their PIN, which is their password; • Access the online pre-registration platform (https://preinscriptionenligne.ucad.sn) and the student center (https://studentcenter.ucad.sn); • Report a lost card; • Access the notification history; • For administrative and technical staff (PATS/PER): • Obtain a QR code that will serve as a virtual card in case of loss; • Access their profile to view their personal information; • Change their PIN, which is their password; • Issue a temporary access pass (24 hours) to UCAD to a third-party contact; • Access the Digital Work Environment (https://entpersonnel.ucad.sn), among other things; • Access the notification history;
