Not critics — the audience decides. Twelve is a film rating app built on one idea: a film is more than a single number. Instead of one score, you rate twelve categories — the same ones the Oscars hand out prizes for. Directing, screenplay, lead and supporting roles, cinematography, editing, production design, costume and make-up, score, sound, visual effects, and how the film actually made you feel. Out of those twelve comes one score from 0 to 100. WEIGHTED BY GENRE A comedy does not compete against a drama. Every genre weighs the twelve categories differently, so each film is measured by what matters for its kind. A comedy can reach 100 without having to be "better than Oppenheimer". THE TWELVE AWARDS Once a year, on 1 March, thirteen prizes go to the films the Twelve audience rated best — eleven categories plus Best Picture and Best Animated Feature. No jury, no critics. A film needs at least three ratings to be eligible. YOUR YEAR IN REVIEW Twelve Wrapped shows what you watched, what you rated highest, and which genre you kept coming back to — ready to share. FRIENDS Follow other people and see how they rated a film. Close friends can recommend films to each other and add a message. You choose who can find you, and you can turn that off at any time.
